Healing, Learning, & Growing

Support Groups

We host some support groups (NA and Nar-anon). We run a few support groups of our own which help people learn to navigate life crises and become more effective helpers to people living with a substance use disorder.

We also offer additional short-term classes, workshops, and support groups throughout the year.

Family Recovery

Over the last 20 years, our staff has spent countless hours guiding families on their journey to recovery because, as you know, the need for recovery impacts the entire family.

In order to help a loved one find sobriety, it’s crucial that you learn a few things: what resources are available, how to take care of yourself and your stress, and some communication tips and tricks that will improve your relationship with your loved one on their journey to sobriety.
